packaging design
The packaging was designed to balance premium positioning with immediate product recognition.
The elongated central label naturally follows the shape of the bottle, creating a clean vertical composition that draws the eye towards the logo before introducing the product name. Hand-painted olive illustrations were chosen instead of photography to give the packaging a more refined and timeless appearance.
A bright yellow border frames the label, increasing visibility from a distance while subtly referencing the golden colour of the oil itself. Layered botanical textures in the background add depth without competing with the typography, allowing the product to remain elegant and easy to read.
logo development
The logo became the foundation of the entire identity.
Instead of using a conventional serif or handwritten typeface commonly found in olive oil branding, I designed a geometric wordmark inspired by ancient Greek lettering. The sharp angles create a distinctive personality while remaining highly legible at different sizes.
The secondary typography was intentionally minimal, allowing the custom logotype to become the hero of the identity. A small olive oil drip beneath the word Collection acts as a subtle brand signature, reinforcing the product category without relying on obvious illustrations.
brand application
A brand only works when it remains consistent beyond the packaging.
The stationery was developed using the same restrained colour palette and minimalist composition found throughout the identity. Heavy black backgrounds contrast with clean white layouts, allowing the logo to become the strongest visual element across every application.
This consistency helps establish a recognisable premium identity while ensuring the brand feels equally at home on printed materials, digital platforms and future packaging extensions.
brand presentation
A product doesn't exist in isolation—it lives in the real world.
The final presentation places Diyos Collection within a premium retail environment to demonstrate how the identity performs beyond mock-ups. The dark environment enhances the bottle's green palette while allowing the yellow highlights and white typography to command attention from a distance.
Rather than simply displaying the packaging, this visual illustrates the intended positioning of the brand: contemporary, premium and confident enough to stand out without relying on excessive decoration.
